Tonight Carter saw his first movie on the Big Screen. We went to the Georgetown Dollar Theater and watched Kung Fu Panda. He had a great time. He did talk through most of the movie, which I had to constantly remind him to whisper, but there were other kids there that were loud too. It was great hearing him and several other kids laugh their heads off at certain scenes. That never gets old. :) He was getting a bit ancy towards the end though and kept asking if we could go back to Uncle Lance's house and play. But he did well for his first big movie.
Tonight at bedtime:
Beth: Carter, you need to be quiet and go to sleep.
Carter: My name is not Carter, you shall call me Your Highness.
Beth: Where did you hear that?
Carter: At Sunday School.
Beth: Right, you did not.
Carter It was Simeon.
Beth: It was not. You goofy boy.
(Carter changing the subject)
Carter: I want to tell Jordan goodnight.
Beth: It's too late.
(Carter points in my face and with a gruff voice says)
Carter: Noo... It's too late for you!
Beth (laughs) Alright. Calm down, it's time to be quiet....Goodnight.

That is so funny! I need to start posting some of the goofy stuff Avie says. Lol. We took both our kids to the dollar theatre to see Kung Fu Panda. Avie did great....Zeke lost interest about half way. We learned. :-)
Your kids seriously crack me up.
