I bought some new curtains with some of my birthday money for the breakfast nook in our kitchen yesterday at Target. I must say, I absolutely love them. And by golly, I put them up myself. :) I think it looks so much cozier now. :)
The curtains were $15.99 each and the rods were $4.99 each at Target. I think Walmart has some similar, I don't know if they are cheaper, but they weren't wide enough at Walmart for my middle window. These are really nice quality, although I did have to iron out the wrinkles, but that's no biggie.
Very Nice Beth!! I need to start looking for new curtains for our living room. We are getting a new tv and end tables/tv stand next month and I am also painting the living room so I have to have new ones. It always seems silly to me to spend mega bucks for window coverings. Our front window is big though which is why they are more $$. I guess I just have to do it! LOL! Hopefully I can find a good deal :)
Very cute, Beth--I've had the WORST time lately shopping for curtains and blinds for our bedroom windows. I'll buy them, put them up, hate them, take them back, buy some more, repeat ad nauseum!

Those flowers are from NIk. I posted about them back in April of last year. He he been working a lot and doing a lot of youth stuff and thanked me for all the extra time I was spending watching the kids. It's nice when our guys remember to do that once in a while. ;) It was a just because.
