So Nik upgraded his Sprint phone a couple months ago. Ever since then, our last 2 billing statements have been sky high. We paid the first one, cuz we thought he had text messaging. Well, we have been told that we do have it, and that we don't have it. Anyways, after the first bill, they took off some of the balance, but we had to pay most of it, and we told them to take off incoming and outgoing text messages. Well, the next bill was again high. What the heck, so I called and complained, and the guy said he would take off all the charges and everything was great. So I just checked the internet to see if my latest check was received by them, and it was, but those last charges were never taken off.
So again, I just called them and said, look this is the THIRD TIME I have told you people to take off text messaging. And he of course had no record of my "so called" recorded conversation about the charges getting dropped in the previous conversation. But he took off some of the charges this time again. I am tired of this game... Let alone, the fact that the last 2 phone calls I have had to wait to speak to someone for 20 WHOLE MINUTES. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... I was ready to rip my hair out. :) Ridiculous. I have been with Sprint for about 6 years now. IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE. So when my 18 month commitment runs out, I will be looking elsewhere!!! So if any of you just love your service provider, please let me know who I should switch to. Ok, done venting....

We have Centennial.
I like Verizon, but I don't know what the service is like up there. I know it's splotchy in Edgerton though. :(
We also have Centennial. No complaints other then don't really get service around my momma's but who does? NO ONE! :)
i LOVE verizon!i was w/ sprint for a while, but the service got extremely splotchy! And i must say...verizon has lots of fun phones and dan seems to know all these "special deals..." he's always getting extra stuff for free...you just have to call and ask!
u.s. cellular...great service, and if you have any problems, the technician is phynominal (sp??) ;)
Well...lol...since I work at Cingular, now the New AT&T..hehe...i have to go for them:) Yeah, i know the "ways to get around" paying those high bills. Since i work for the cell company and know how we work, i know how to get around them. If ya ever have a question, ask me. I have Alltel too for myself, (yeah, we have 3 cell phones for two people and we don't even get coverage at home, like lora said) but I have got my way with Alltel several times and they don't budge when it comes to credits, but i manage to get them, so yeah. Anyways, let me know if ya have any questions b/c they should have credited it ALL since you called 3 times to get one thing done. anyways, have a good day:)--ashlee brooke dockery
I also have Centennial. There are things about them that I love and things that I hate. I have had Sprint and Verizon and het them both. There is my 2 cents!!
