We have had several thunderstorms in the last couple weeks. On Saturday we had a pretty big one with the joy of tornado warnings in our surrounding area on top of it, but it didn't and last too long. A friend and I were playing Phase 10 (card game) and she happened to look up and notice the sky. Everything was really an intense green color. We walked to my front door and looked up and saw the most beautiful rainbow. There was a faint second rainbow above it. It was awesome. My boys had never seen a real rainbow before, so it was a cool experience for them.
Yesterday we had another thunderstorm and it knocked our power out from the time I got off work around 5:30pm until 11:30pm last night. We played a game of sequence with our neighbors, but besides that, it was a majorly boring night.
The boys wouldn't run through the sprinkler on their own. They made Savannah carry them.

Rainbows are so neat. It's great your boys got to see one.
Nice pics Beth...btw, I Love Phase 10! I use to play it a lot with a girlfriend of mine.
I was looking for rainbows last week when the sun was shining and it was raining at the same time, but none were out, boohoo.
I love Phase 10, too. Christian and I played a couple nights last week and he can't seem to win and it annoys him, hahahaha!
Those new pictures are REALLY neat! Who took them?
I took those pics Liz. My future hobby. :) Thanks for the compliment.
I totally agree....I really like the new pics!!! They are stunning!
