Blah I am not feeling good today. I have a horrible cold, cough, and ear aches. I should stay home but I have important reports to get done and sent out today for work. Oh well... I posted some pics from our weekend. Savannah has participated in mini-cheerleading for the past week and they had a half-time performance at the Bryan/Fairview game on Saturday night. I did her hair before the game.

Even in 15 degree weather, this kid still begs me if he can play his drums outside each evening.

V-I-C-T-O-R-Y, victory tonight! Wooooh!
And drums? How fun for a 4-year-old! Reminds me of this little boy who plays drums on our church worship team--couldn't have beeen more than 1st or 2nd grade when he started.
Actually Liz he is only 3!! He has been playing since he was 2. And I mean plays anywhere/everywhere. Nik's brother is an amazing drummer and is in a band and also my cousin Ben Yarger is an amazing drummer too. So Carter will have two great teachers. I am sure he will be playing in church before we know it!! :) Oh and now that I think of it, lol, last week in church we were in the middle of WORSHIP and praying for a very sick boy who has Leukemia. Anyways, as we are in the Spirit, all of a sudden I hear the drums start going and who else would it be but CARTER!! I was singing on the worship team, so I didn't notice him stray up there. I embarressingly flew over to pull him off. Right afterwards, my pastor came up to me and said, "Hey, at least he was on beat." LOL I about died....
Too funny...!
